Okay, not literally. But close enough.
I think I’m finally getting the hang of it.
After weeks of fumbling with buttons and second-guessing every shot, the camera is finally starting to feel like an extension of me. And Premiere Pro? It’s no longer a monster. Cuts are cleaner, stories flow better, and edits don’t end in meltdowns (well, not every time).
There’s a quiet kind of joy in figuring things out, not all at once, but in small, steady clicks. These are the kinds of pleasures that feel small but are a celebration in themselves.
This space has always been about breakfast, yes. But also about learning in public, growing frame by frame, and maybe even finding a little rhythm amidst the mess. Thanks for staying with me through it.
Mangoes, Please and Thank You
This summer has been one long mango moment.
I’ve lost count of how many Ratnagiri Alphonsos and others I’ve peeled, sliced, and somehow managed to sneak into every breakfast.
On toast with Greek yogurt, spun into smoothies, tossed over chia puddings, or just devoured on the side, it’s a full-on mango takeover.
Honestly? No regrets. If you’ve got a favorite mango breakfast combo, tell me. I’ll probably try it tomorrow.

Lately, I’ve been doing something simple but kind of game-changing: reading food labels.
It started with a casual glance at a granola box and spiraled into a full-blown ritual. Hidden sugars, sneaky seed oils, five kinds of "natural flavourings", it’s wild how much we miss when we don’t look.
So now, before I pick up anything, I pause. Not to judge, but to choose with intention. Less noise, more nourishment.
Just a tiny habit, but it’s making me rethink my pantry one jar at a time.
